Abstract

Perdarahan sebagai penyebab utama tingginya AKI di Indonesia diawali dengan adanya anemia.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinan risiko kejadian anemia pada remaja putri di Kabupaten Kebumen tahun 2016.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik observasional dengan desain kasus kontrol. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 120 responden. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Mei-Juni 2016. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan kuisioner, Semi Quantitative- Food Frequency Quotionare (SQ-FFQ), pengukuran tinggi badan, penimbangan berat badan dan pemeriksaan laboratorium. Analisis data meliputi analisis univariat, analisis bivariat dengan uji chi_square, dan analisis multivariat dengan regresi logistik.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara asupan zat gizi energi p = (0,047), protein p = (0,000), zat besi p = (0,002), pola menstruasi p = (0,001) dan satus gizi antropometri p = (0,021) dengan kejadian anemia pada remaja putri. Analisis multivariat regresi logistik menunjukkan variabel yang paling dominan terhadap kejadian anemia adalah asupan zat gizi protein OR 4,255 pada CI (1, 850-9,784). Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kebumen sebagai bahan masukan bagi penentu kebijakan, perencanaan dan pelaksana program khususnya dalam Pembinaan Gizi Institusi Sekolah (PGIS) sebagai upaya penurunan Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI).Bleeding as a major cause of high maternal mortality rate in Indonesia begins with anemia.The purposeof this study to determine the risk of anemia in adolescent girls in Kebumen 2016.This research is an analytic observational with case control design.The sample in this study of 120 respondents.The study was conducted in May-June 2016. Data were collected by questionnaire, Semi Quantitative- Food Frequency Quotionare (SQ-FFQ), height measurement, weighing and laboratory tests.Data analysis included univariate analysis, bivariate analysis withchi_square test, and multivariate logistic regression analysis.The results showed a significant relationship between nutrient intake of energyp = (0.047),proteinp = (0.000),iron p = (0.002), menstrual pattern p = (0.001) andanthropometric nutritional statusp = (0.021)with the incidence of anemia in adolescent girls.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed the most dominant variables on the incidence of anemia is the nutrient intake of protein in the CI OR 4,255 (1, 850 to 9.784)This research is expected to be beneficial for Kebumen District Health Department as an input for policy making, planning and implementing programs, especially in the Guidance Nutrition Educational Institutions (PGIS) as an effort to reduce Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR).

Abstract

Maternal mortality merupakan indicator utama kesehatan. Maternal mortality di Indonesia masih jauh dari target MDGs tahun 2015, yaitu 102/100.000 KH. Pelayanan kesehatan berkelanjutan merupakan pendekatan penting untuk mengurangi kematian ibu. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pelayanan kesehatan maternal dalam akselerasi penurunan maternal mortality di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Karanganyar II. Jenis penelitian kualitatif, difokuskan pada pelayanan kehamilan, persalinan dan nifas. Informan penelitian ditentukan dengan teknikpurposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Teknik pengambilan data dengan wawancara mendalam. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan disajikan dalam bentuk narasi. Aspek input pelayanan kesehatan maternal meliputi SDM, sumberdana, sarana prasarana, dan SOP tersediadenganbaik. Proses pelayanan kesehatan maternal sudah sesuai standar pelayanan kebidanan, namun output belum optimal karena ada kesenjangan antara cakupan K1 dan K4. Supervisi, bimbingan teknis, monitoring dan evaluasi pelayanan kesehatan maternal dilakukan secara rutin oleh bidan koordinator. Perlu optimalisasi kemitraan dengan berbagai pihak dalam upaya akselerasi penurunan maternal mortality.Maternal mortality is a key indicator of health. Maternal mortality in Indonesia is still far from the target of the Millennium Development Goals by 2015, that is 102/100.000 live birth. Sustainable health care is an important approach to reducing maternal deaths. Purpose of the research was to analyzed the maternal health services to acceleration of decline maternal mortality in Public Health Center of Karanganyar II. The research was a qualitative study, was focused on pregnancy, delivery and post-partum. Informant determined by purposive sampling and snowball sampling technique. Data collection technique was in-depth interviews. Data analysis was done descriptively and presented in narrative form. Aspects input of maternal health services include human resources, financial resources, infrastructure, and standard operating procedure have provided well. Maternal health care process has been standardized midwifery services, but the output was not optimal because there was a gap between K1 and K4 coverage. Supervision, technical guidance, monitoring and evaluation of maternal health services has been done routinely by the coordinator of the midwife. Need to optimize partnerships with various parties in an effort to accelerate a decrease in maternal mortality.

Abstract

Para penderita AIDS dari tahun ke tahun semakin bertambah. SMA Semarang terletak sangat dekat dengan tempat lokalisasi Sunan Kuning Semarang sehingga memungkinkan timbulnya perilaku yang mudah terpengaruh dengan lingkungan sekitar, serta belum adanya upaya yang maksimal untuk peningkatan mengetahuan HIV/AIDS di kalangan remaja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui keefektifan pendidikan kesehatan oleh tenaga kesehatan dan ODHA terhadap pengetahuan HIV/AIDS siswa SMA.  Jenis penelitian ini adalah Quasi Experiment dengan rancangan penelitian Pretest-Postest with Control Group. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMA yang berjumlah 206. Sampel sejumlah 66 siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pendidikan kesehatan oleh tenaga kesehatan tidak lebih berpengaruh dibandingkan dengan metode pendidikan kesehatan yang dilakukan oleh ODHA. Saran yang diberikan kepada pihak sekolah adalah diharapkan dapat meningkatkan konseling, informasi dan edukasi pada remaja tentang kesehatan reproduksi khususnya mengenai HIV/AIDS.AIDS patients have increased year on year. SMA Semarang is located near the localization of Sunan Kuning Semarang thus enables to emergence   behaviors that are easily affected by the surrounding environment, and there isn’t maximum efforts to increase knowledge of HIV / AIDS among adolescents yet. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of health knowledge by health professional and people living with HIV toward high school student’s  knowledge of HIV / AIDS. This study was a Quasi Experiment which the design of study was Pretest-Posttest with Control Group. The population in this study were all high school students that were 206 student. The samples were  66 students. The result of this study indicated that health education by health professional are not more influential than the health education method performed by people living with HIV. Advice given to the school is the school should  increase counseling, information and education about reproductive health, especially concerning HIV / AIDS on adolescent.

Abstract

Malnutrition is one of the main causes of malnutrition. Globally, poor nutritional status is one of the causes of under-five mortality. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the quality, quantity and age of providing complementary food for breast milk in relation to the nutritional status of children.This study was an observational study with a cross sectional study design. The population of toddlers aged 7-24 months is 344 toddlers, a sample of 77 toddlers. Data retrieval is using simple random sampling technique using Slovin formula.The results are showed that the three independent variables affected the nutritional status of children. The obtained is p-value (0.001) quality, (0,000) quantity and age (0,000).Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the quality of complementary food for breast milk to the nutritional status of children with ap value of 0.001 (p <0.05), there is a relationship between the quantity of complementary food for the nutritional status of children with p value amounting to 0,000, and there is a relationship between the age of providing complementary food for breast milk to the nutritional status of children with ap value of 0.000. This research is expected to benefit the community. For information on the program of dissemination and counseling on the quality and quantity of complementary feeding for mother's milk the which is good in the family and the impact the caused by nutritional problems in infants.

Abstract

Pada saat ini masih ada warga masyarakat yang memiliki perilaku buang air besar disembarang tempat karena tidak memiliki jamban. Hal ini sangat merugikan kondisi kesehatan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor determinan dan respon masyarakat terhadap pemanfaatan jamban dalam program KATAJAGA (Kampung Total Jamban Keluarga) di Kecamatan Gunungpati Semarang. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh kepala keluarga yang mendapatkan bantuan jamban di Kecamatan Gunungpati berjumlah 1222 kepala keluarga. Sampelnya berjumlah 93 responden dengan teknik Proportionate Random Sampling. Pengambilan data diperoleh dengan cara memberi kuesioner dan wawancara pada responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan program SPSS 17 secara bivariat (Chi Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan pendidikan dengan pemanfaatan jamban (χ2=4,423; df=1; p=0,035<0,05), demikian pula ada hubungan status ekonomi (χ2=6,500; df=2; p=0,039<0,05), pengetahuan (χ2=6,928; df=2; p=0,031<0,05), ketersediaan air bersih (χ2=4,371; df=1; p=0,037<0,05), akseptabilitas (χ2=8,387; df=1; p=0,004<0,05), dan partisipasi (χ2=6,918; df=2; p=0,031<0,05) terhadap pemanfaatan jamban dalam program KATAJAGA di Kecamatan Gunungpati Semarang. Manfaat penelitian yaitu dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan bagi dinas kesehatan dalam rangka pengambilan keputusan kebijakan dan evaluasi perbaikan program jamban.At this time there are still people who have a defecate behavior in place because they do not have latrines. This is very detrimental to public health conditions. The purpose of this research is to analyze the determinant factor and the community response to the utilization of latrines in the program of KATAJAGA (Total Village Family Latrine) in Gunungpati District Semarang. The research design used was analytic survey with cross sectional approach. The population of this study is the entire head of the family who received a toilet assistance in Gunungpati District amounted to 1222 families. The sample were 93 respondents with Proportionate Random Sampling technique. The data were collected by giving questionnaires and interviews to the respondents. Data analysis was done using SPSS 17 program in bivariate (Chi Square). The results showed that there were correlation between education with the utilization of latrines (χ2 = 4,423; df = 1; p = 0,035 <0,05), also there was correlation economic status (χ2 = 6,500; df = 2; p = 0,039 <0,05 ), knowledge (χ2=6,928; df=2; p=0,031<0,05), supply of clean water (χ2 = 4,371; df = 1, p = 0.037 <0.05), acceptability (χ2 = 8,387; df = 2, p = 0,031 <0,05), and participation (χ2 = 6,918; df = 2; p = 0,031 <0,05) to the utilization of latrines in the program of KATAJAGA in Gunungpati District Semarang. The benefits of research that can be used as a consideration for the health department in the framework of policy decision and evaluation of improvements to toilet programs.

Abstract

Activity of daily living (ADL) is a person's ability to perform activities independently. ADL is influenced by several factors, one of which is the role of family. The result of preliminary study at State Special School Pembina Pekanbaru showed that of,  6 children 10 children with intellectual disability aged 8-12 year had not been able to perform ADL as a whole. This study aims to determine the role of family and ADL and to analyze the role of family as a provider, the role of child care, the role of child socialization, family care of ADL for the children with intellectual disability at State Special School Pembina Pekanbaru. The study method was observational analytic with cross sectional design. The samples of this study were children with moderate level of intellectual disability aged 8-12 years as many as 43 children. The instrument used here was questionnaire. Data analysis used Chi Square test with significance level of 5%. The study results showed that there was a relationship between the role of family as provider and ADL (p-value 0,035). The role of family in child care and ADL (p-value 0,024). The role of family in child socialization and ADL (p-value 0,018). The role of family as nurse and ADL (p-value 0,024). This study is expected to provide input in developing programs that refer to government programs in dealing with children with intellectual disability so as to make a step of health promotion so that children with intellectual disability can know the importance of optimizing ADL needs independently.

Abstract

A farm in public area can give bad effect for public health. The appearance of sigh about bad effect of this poultry farming business because it still many breeders disregarding the disposal handling from their business for example feces and food residue causing bad smell and can generate some disease for public. The purpose research to analyze the effect of livestock cage condition to public health at livestock area of Negarayu Village, Tonjong District, Brebes Regency in 2017. This research was quantitative research type. Research design used analytic survey with cross-sectional.The population of 264 families of farmers and a sample of 160 samples obtained by Consecutive Sampling. The instruments used were questionnaires and interviews. analysist using Chi Square test with degree of significance 5% (α = 0,05). Result of this research shows there is significant relationship between livestock cage hygiene and Acute Respiratory Infections (p = 0.022), Scabies (p =0.015). There is no significant relationship between livestock cage hygiene with diarrhea (p =0.610). There is significant relationship between livestock cage condition with Acute Respiratory Infections (ARI) (p =0.000), Scabies (p =0.003). There is no significant relationship between livestock cage condition with diarrhea (p =0.966) at livestock area of Negarayu village, Tonjong, Brebes. The conclusion that the community at livestock area of Negarayu village, Tonjong, Brebes more than affected by acute respiratory infection and scabies disease.

Abstract

Diarrhea is a major health problem in Indonesia. The incidence of diarrhea in Pekalongan increased from 622 patients in 2015 to 1,507 in 2016 and a 10% increase existing 2017. The purpose of the study to analyze the relationship of clean water facilities and fecal discharge to incidence of diarrhea in the tidal floods area and not tidal flood in Pekalongan. The study was conducted with a retrospective approach. The population in this study 2,186 homes were tidal flood. The sample amounted to respectively 96 people in the area tidal flood and 96 in the area do not tidal flood, with purposive sampling techniques. Retrieving data obtained by giving questionnaires and in-depth interviews in the respondents. Bivariat.Hasil data analysis research shows the incidence of diarrhea by 74% tidal flood region while not tidal flood the incidence of diarrhea by 45.8%. Tidal flood can cause a seedy neighborhood and become a breeding ground for bacteria. Water supply contaminated by tidal flooding can cause diarrhea. Tidal flood damage excreta disposal facilities, due to the septic tank is covered with water, so a lot of bacteria that can cause diarrhea. There is a relationship clean water facilities and fecal discharge to incidence of diarrhea in the tidal floods area and not tidal flood. Suggestions community is expected to understand the importance of maintaining healthy clean environment to avoid diarrhea. so many bacteria that can cause diarrhea. Abstract

Cervical cancer is a malignant disease that is preceded by the condition of precancerous cervical lesions, namely the existence of cervical intraepithelial dysplasia / neoplasia (NIS). This study attempted to analyze the effect of characteristics and patterns of women behavior on the case of precancerous cervical lesions. The study belonged to observational study with a cross sectional study design. For more, the subjects of the study involved the population of 60 women who were positive for precancerous cervical lesions, while the number of sample was the same as the population, namely 60 respondents sampled by using total sampling technique. Their data were analyzed by using path analysis model. In conclusion, the factors of socioeconomic, age, history of STIs (Sexually Transmitted Infections) directly influence the case of precancerous cervical lesions and indirect effects of parity followed by the use of contraception on the case of precancerous cervical lesions.

Abstract

__________________________________________________________Teens who have experienced menarche become more susceptible to reproductive health problems such as Reproductive Tract Infection, especially Indonesian women because it triggers hot and humid air. In the year 2015 in Jombang district which experienced an increase in number of people with Reproductive Tract Infection (RTI) such as candidiasis 5.50% from the previous year. Hygiene behavior during menstruation is important in determining the health of reproductive organs.The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of knowledge, attitude, family support and peer support on the behavior of female teenage menstrual hygiene.          The sttudy design used analytic with cross sectional approach through survey method. The population was all of female students of grade VIII SMP Negeri 1 Mojowarno who has experienced menstruation amounted to 198 female studentss. The samples were 68 respondents with simple random sampling technique. Chi-Square test results show that there is significantan effect  of knowledge on the behavior of menstrual hygiene (p = 0,000); there is significantan effect  of attitude on behavior of menstrual hygiene (p = 0.000); there is significantan effect of family support on the behavior of menstrual hygiene (p = 0,000); there is significantan effect of peer support on the behavior of menstrual hygiene (p = 0.018). Logistic regression test results show that more dominant knowledge affecting behavior of menstrual hygiene p = 0,011 and value of OR 8,645. The conclusions of knowledge, attitude, peer support and family support have an effect on the behavior of menstrual hygiene. This research is expected as an input to make development planning of YCCS (Youth Care Care Service) so that adolescent can apply good menstrual hygiene
